It probably goes around 25 mph, but save your money and put it towards an italian bike, as in a polini, you can pick up a polini 4.2 for around 200 quid off ebay.

To get it to around 45+ which is the speed of a 4.2, you would have to spend a couple hundred quid on cheap chinese parts which just aren't worth the cans they were made from.
Just save your money and get a job and then you can buy a quicker, funner and competitive bike. |

Unfortunately not some of us, but fortunately, the trackdays are getting alot more popular down llandow and there are a fair few cags to have a good race against.

You can pick up a polini series 2 engine which has 6.2 hp but it comes with no carb or exhaust, with the proper exhaust and carb it has 8.5hp, but this is too much for a mk1 cags frame and I doubt it would fit even with some fettling and changing the mount points it would still be hard.
And as I said, ye, there are other cags there that you can race against, loads of people started out on cags there, I did, james did, josh did, carver did, list goes on...... |
