No it wouldnt take long. My advice is if your putting new rollers in is to write down or take pictures of which way the clutch and surrounding parts are fitted. Make sure to get the correct rollers as there is all diffrent types to suit diffrent bikes which have diffrent CC and tunning done to them and of course theres diffrent ones to suit diffrent people . and it can be hard if you havent done it before but if you have mechanicing experience it wont be hard. We used yellow rollers and red ones before . A good set of rollers and a good clutch set up will actully help the bike on getting its power out and it keep it in good smooth line as well as reliable , hope you get sorted mmcwales/p_braces.gif

is the carb all clean is the whole throttle and cables all clean and working and reving out properly ?,

You possibly may have the wrong rolles /springs in .

you got the engine set correctly ?, keep an eye on carb and plugs

even though you may of took out 1 restrictor there is still a few based in the carb and whole engine which means by taking out 1 restrictor you will probably get nothing no power and with the rest of restrictors in it still it will not help and may bog down
