Hi Rider’s,

Ok, this is the best way to organise the day at SWKC, Llandow for all to enjoy.

We shall open the office at 9.45am on Feb 10th 2008, for all to sign on.

Drivers/Riders briefing at 10am PROMPTLY Please

Morning track session will be from 10.15am till 2pm bikes only.

Lunch will be for ½ hour from 2pm till 2.30pm.

Afternoon track session will be from 2.30pm till 6pm.

The cost of the day will be £35 per rider for a full day and £25 for half day.

If you pay in advance by the 2nd Feb 2008, you will be entitled to a £5 discount for a full days practice; there is NO discount for ½ day practice.

You can contact the office on Tel 01446 795568, Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays 10.30 till 6pm or from 10am till 6pm Saturday & Sundays to book in advance.

We take most makes of credit or debit cards for payment.

The day will be for Mini-Moto’s, Metra Kits and Fun Bikes, basically all that do the British Championship. If there are only a couple in 1 class that class will have to share track time with another class.

We shall sort any issues with classes on the day to make it easier, but all classes welcome.

Overnight stay will be ok if there are a few of you that give us 4 or 5 days notice as we have to have a night watchman on duty. The reason for us having to know in advance is it is in our lease terms and costs us £60 for this privilege.

With the MMRA British Championship coming to Llandow on the 5th and 6th of April 2008, this will give you an ideal time for practice.

If this day goes well for all, we shall try and organise another Practice/Track day for you in March 2008.

I hope this offer is with everybody’s approval.

Sorry for the delay in posting this notice, I wanted to make sure we got it correct 1st time round.

Thanks Again,

Paul

Tidy.
We should try and keep the post alive and at the top by replying on the other site also, would have though the one in the events section although when I go on there I always look in the other section anyway.
Didn't know Llandow was flood lit, it's bound to be dark by 6pm.
I guess there could still be karts in the afternoon then, from the wording? Either way I will prebook.
Cheers Scotty

hey scotty just to clear that up, there will be no karts on the day. Paul means if there isnt intrest in one paticular class he will merge classes. As long as we keep the llandow pages alive on both sites, everything be sweet smile.gif

No karts to be booked in on this day. If this day goes well, bikers will have their own days totally to themselves in the future as well, as long as it pays the way.
