Guy's,

I have done my best to help you with another day for you, but unfortunetly there dont appear to be any commitment from you Guy's to book the date, so we have postponed it.

It is a very mmcwales/p_sorry.gif time for me to have to do that after all the fuss about a previous day that was booked.

I think you guy's need to have a have a Very Good New Year, and then come back to us with your proposals for Mini-Moto's and SWKC for 2008.

We need to get some thing organised sooner rather than later or all the weekend dates for the circuit will be fullly booked up.

We have loads of confirmed dates with deposit alreadt paid for the weekends in 2008, so lets not miss out on some great times for you guy's.

I really do think we need a proper meeting to arrange things hopefully once and for all.

Regards

Paul

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MMCW MEMBERS FROM ALL THE TEAM AT SWKC

went to whilton mill today paul, seems there way of organising a trackday is 100% straight forward! 25 the day no questions asked had a paremedic on site, very appreciated after i broke my hand. They must have had atleast 100+ riders easily today. plent of notive for trackday, no pre booking at all!

Anyway last pre booked day we scraped 15 riders. However we came out with 30+ riders on the day. I dont think pre booking scheme of have a certain number of riders booked by a certain date is helping at all. Just turning away so may riders i know who want to ride the track for preparation for the british! Just turning the money down paul in my eye's. We prooved we can make the numbers 25+, why spoil it asking on a cash first basis??

Talking to most of the lads who turned up at whilton, say its to much fuss through pre booking by a early deadline, not just that but like now your taking our trackday away from us, after many people again at whilton at prepared for. 99% sure for a kart booking no doubt.

llandow club is all The karts have a minimum of 15 heads by a certain date by the way??

Please read this and take this in, as its the truth! mmcwales/smilie_h_32.gif

Its not us that need to change our methods for 2008

sorry 2 hear about ure hand james but yh i agree with u, other tracks dnt ask 4 u 2 prebook...
I was looking forward 2 the 6th but i could not pre-book...
Llandow need 2 take chances, and when a date is put forward then that day should go ahead regardless of numbers....
and then you will see that people turn up 2 your track days like the last time unfortunatly i could not make it, but there was 25+ people...
U should not bother with this pre booking because it puts people off, u shud post a date well in advance and then advertise it, because llandow is a nice big track and im sure loads of people would pay to ride there if they knew there was a track day....
i am not trying to tell u how to do your jobs i am just telling u from my point of view...
But hopefully u will take some advice from us....
thanks
jazz

nice james
paul u on about us doing our bit and prebooking but most of the riders are kids and cant pre book i no u said get ure parents to do it for you but not all parents have the time to and not all parents are willin to do this, in my eyes you shud help us out by letting us prove on the day we can get rriders there and pay on the day
NO prebboking.

so you lost ureself evven more money
nice one ......

Just get the feeling now isit worth the fuss? We are not moving forward at all paul! We talked about building on llandows reputation, your just making it worse by cancelling, turning people away from the track!

I Just feel so lucky that all minimoto riders can rely on whilton mill circuit for a fun, well organized day. Great track great value for money and good service.

Your not going to get 50/100 riders over night! Your not building on anything. Befor you understand where we coming from it wont be no use having another meeting to discuss llandow

Only time i enjoy llandow circuit, when it is run by well organized people who want to help promote minimoto racing/metrikits, the MMRA. Not make poor business choices, turning your increasing future customers from llandow away once again!

Try and see it from our point of view for future success at llandow, not dribble over little upfront petty cash, when your not looking at the bigger picture for SWKC! mmcwales/smilie_h_32.gif

i dont want to look in this topic or hear from people knowing there is always going to somthing bad to see/ listen about llandow, 3 most comman words i hear about llandow or what your methods have gained us..

let down
dissapointed
its not worth it

thats my bit done for llandow. if you cant change your methods, i cant see anything moving at all. mmcwales/smilie_t_32.gif
