Ok Guy's, for the delay, the customer we have been trying to get hold of has only just got back to us, and unfortunetly it does not give us enough time to organise anything properly for you before xmas as all dates have been booked and paid for in advance.

The only option is over the xmas holidays.

As soon as you give me a date i will let you know the date it needs to be paid by.


THIS WILL BE A BIKE ONLY DAY ,


NO ARRIVE AND DRIVE KARTS AND NO OWNER DRIVER KARTS.


YOU WILL HAVE UP TO 3 HRS TRACK TIME IN THE MORNING, AND UP TO 3 HRS TRACK TIME IN THE AFTERNOON. SO DONT MISS OUT.

6 HRS TRACK TIME FOR BIKES ONLY

If you can come back to me as soon as possible with your chosen day i will try and organise the staff to work, but the same criteria applies as before.

You must have 15 RIDERS PREPAID.

The Times will be slightly different to normal as it is over the xmas period AND THERE WILL BE NO KARTS EITHER, please read the details below.

The Costs will be as follows;


Remember it saves you money if you pay in advance

£35 for full day,

£30 with Loyalty Card or if you pay in advance

£25 half day.

Half Day is 10am til 1pm OR 1.30pm til 4.30pm.

These times are not negotiable.

Remember we do take payments over the phone via credit card or direct debit cards.

Whats classed as the xmas holidays? from when to when, what we looking at here as a time frame?

prince mate i think it is like the time when the schools break up so mine breaks up, on the 21st of december and we go back about the 9/10th jan....
so anywhere within those 2weeks lol

Well here are a few proposed dates ive made up.

23/12/07. This date is on a sunday

26/12/07. Last year we had a trackday went well last year, give everyone a chance to try out some new gear! hehe

30/12/07 this date is on another sunday.


What does everyone think of these dates? Pablo?

I think soon as possible so i would go for sunday 23rd December on the sunday

I say boxin day again because i doubt many people would have a lot of money to spare 2 days before christmas
