Guy's,
I am sorry to say that the SUNDAY 14th OCTOBER 2007 has been postponed. I will find another Sunday for you in NOVEMBER 2007, but you need to support it and book in early. The circuit cannot afford to run a day with just 7 bikes, it does not pay the bills we have coming in. You need to have at least 15 for the circuit just to cover its over heads, or we need to put the prices up and have less riders, but that is not what you want, or what we want. I will find out another date for you and post it either MONDAY or Tuesday evening. For those 7 that have paid, you can have a full refund as promised or you can leave it in the pot ready for the next date in NOVEMBER, it is up to you, it is your monies, BUT please let the track no what you want to do. If you want a refund please contact the track on 01446 795568 and they will sort it out for you, or please let them no that you want to leaves it in the pot until the next SUNDAY's Testing provided there are 15 riders. ah well only 7 prepaid, 15 was needed, had plenty of time to suport it guys, was our track day after all. there is another track day at Llandow on the 26th Friday, belive it to be £35 and thats the day before the british weekend.
Pablo can we just turn up on the 14th and just mix it up with the karts or is it strickly kart only now on the 14th? as someone did mention it above if so what numbers are you looking for to make a minimoto slot? -------------------- ..05 GRC RR Super 6 Port BZM 50cc 12+hp Not Std anymore ;)....05 GRC RR 4.2....Pritty Fly For A Fat Guy.. |

Guy's,
I am more gutted about this than you are, i have been fully supportive and tried my best for you. Someone mention he know's of at least 4 more that cant pay before hand, but would still be coming down, well i think the simple answer to that is they must know someone that has a credit card between them and then pay them cash. The answer to sharing the day with the karts is a no go area, it has not worked for you guy's in the past so why would it work for you guy's now, plus it means then to the rest of the the management team at SWKC you are happy to share the track time and you won't end up having your own track days, and i don't want that, what i want is to give you your track day's and you support it with 15 pre-paid riders. I am fighting your corner guy's, but, the track is still a business and it needs to make an income to pay the wages, rent, rates, electric, insurance etc. There is an arrive and ride day on the Friday before the British Round, which is pre-booked and it is bikes only at a cost of £35 per day, starting at 10am till, i believe to be 6pm, with 1/2 hour for dinner and camping overnite for the rest of the weekend. Thats gutting! Cant believe this!
Alot of riders from wales and england were coming down for a fact. Not everyone are prepared to prebook! Or the message didnt travel round enough. So another months months riding down the drain waiting weeks for this track day and many others paul.. Before you came out tried to help, even though we wernt happy with the service at least we had some tracktime! Im going to phone in the office ask if theres any possible dates we can share with karts/arrive and drives. Or just go up in the week when its quiert try and get some hours on the track! sorry, my opinion nothings changed since you came paul, all the pre booking, you havnt got enough reputation for minimoto riders to pre book a certain number of riders. -------------------- JAMES D ON A RAMPAGE!!!

Hi Guys,
Big disappointment not having a track day next weekend. 3 of us would have travelled over from Swansea but couldn't take a chance on the weather. If I prebook for myself and my 2 boys then it's £90. I love minimoto racing but I don't really fancy spending a Sunday stood around in the pouring rain and if we've prebooked then it's money down the drain. Could you make the pre booking price more of a deposit. I run a business myself and understand where Pablo is coming from, but maybe we could find a compromise position. Why not prebook at £10 or £15. As it happens the weather's probably going to be perfect! Does anyone else have the same reservations about paying the full track fee in advance , or is it just me getting a bit soft in my "old" age? Steve |
