so wat speed it go yoshi
sonic- 06-10-2006
It probably goes around 25 mph, but save your money and put it towards an italian bike, as in a polini, you can pick up a polini 4.2 for around 200 quid off ebay.

havnt got no money no job im 17 lol i got sacked last job carnt get job ill go on the dohl lol
can i get it any faster
sonic- 06-10-2006
To get it to around 45+ which is the speed of a 4.2, you would have to spend a couple hundred quid on cheap chinese parts which just aren't worth the cans they were made from.
Just save your money and get a job and then you can buy a quicker, funner and competitive bike.

so i wouldnt really stand a chance racin u guys atr llandow with my cag then ?
sonic- 06-10-2006
Unfortunately not some of us, but fortunately, the trackdays are getting alot more popular down llandow and there are a fair few cags to have a good race against.
Sazuki-Rizzla- 06-10-2006
do u have any cags racin with u at all?
and could i install a polini engine into a cag or is that inpossible and would it be cheaper???
how much do polini engines cost
sonic- 06-10-2006
You can pick up a polini series 2 engine which has 6.2 hp but it comes with no carb or exhaust, with the proper exhaust and carb it has 8.5hp, but this is too much for a mk1 cags frame and I doubt it would fit even with some fettling and changing the mount points it would still be hard.
And as I said, ye, there are other cags there that you can race against, loads of people started out on cags there, I did, james did, josh did, carver did, list goes on......
Sazuki-Rizzla- 06-10-2006
so is it worth buying parts for my cag i love my cag and its gonna be hard gettin rid of it if i get a new one even if it goes 25mph i love it so is it worth buying anythin for it
and i was goin to spray it as well and have tinted screen #?
sprayed my team colours as i have a friend with a cag who spraying his same as mine but got his name on
sonic- 06-10-2006
It's not worth spending money, as you can spend 50 and get a gain of 1-2mph, which is just not worth it at all.
If you saved for a month or 2, you could have a quick reliable polini 4.2 and keep your mk1 if you wanted, or for just over 100 quid, you could get a baby blata off ebay, search blata (a baby blata is just another name for the blata 2.5 or blata 3.4 (there is no difference in power between the 2.5 or 3.4 blata, just one is measuered in kw for power, and the other in hp) the newwer blata's have 6 inch wheels aswell which are a bit of a bonus and give more room for you to lean over too) and the genuine ones will be very cheap and they will go between 30 and 35mph.
