I'm no expert but would say last time at Whilton , cold but dry about 95% of people were using Juniour Rs. Probably because they can buy one pair of tyres for both dry and damp conditions instead of slick Rs for dry and Junior Rs for damp. Think a few people run R fronts and T41 slick rears. Track will probably be coldish still, its not like 25deg yet.
They might wear out a bit quicker than harder tyres, but what are you going to save them for if you don't use them in the British?
